Consortium Information
The European Topic Centre on Inland, Coastal and Marine waters (ETC/ICM) is a consortium of 18 European organisations led by The Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research – UFZ from Germany. Each Consortium partner is represented on the ETC/ICM Management Committee which agrees the allocation of tasks and budget. The Management Committee is chaired by Dr. Anita Künitzer of UFZ who is also the manager of the ETC/ICM.
The Core Team and team leaders provide the co-ordination of the tasks and activities of the Consortium partners. Partners work in three scientific teams in the area of freshwater, marine water and data handling.
